Appliances and appliance packages for The Residences Downtown are conveniently provided by Simons Furniture in Franklin, MA . We understand that each resident may have specific appliances and brands that are important to them, we have worked with Simons Furniture to offer several appliance package upgrades to our standard GE appliance package. The packages featured on this page are suggested packages that we feel will fit nicely into the kitchen plan, however you are free to mix, match and customize your kitchen and appliances (subject to builder's approval) to create the perfect new construction kitchen appliance package that fits your need and budget. Depending on the individual unit and state of finished construction, gas appliances may be an option; contact us for more information about the availability of natural gas kitchen appliances options for a specific unit.
Any changes, upgrades or additions that replace our standard appliance package is an additional cost to the buyer. The buyer will receive a credit for our standard appliances and pay Simons furniture the difference for any changes and more expensive appliances chosen by the buyer. The builder reserves the right to charge additional labor as necessary to install any appliances that differ from the standard appliances installation.
In addition to standard kitchen appliances, buyers may choose to add the following appliances at an additional cost. Additional costs and options will be discussed with the buyer as part of their unit reservation process:

- Stainless Steel Kitchen Exterior Vented Hood
